Wafer Paper Sheets (25 Pack)
Wafer Paper is the least expensive edible paper from Kitchen Mate. The standard quality is approx. 0.4mm thick. Each box of Wafer Paper contains 25 edible paper sheets. Stored cool and dry, Wafer Paper has a shelf life of 12 months.
Potato Starch, Water, Olive Oil
The edible paper Wafer Paper from Kitchen Mate should be printed in high resolution.
Allow the ink to dry completely before you put Wafer Paper onto your photo cake.
Wafer Paper from Kitchen Mate can only be used on dry frostings. We recommend covering the cake with almond paste (marzipan) or the brilliant white rolled fondant. Moisten the cake frosting slightly before adding the edible paper to keep it in place.
We strongly recommend that each application is thoroughly tested before a larger production is started.
The finished photo cake should not be frozen or stored in the cake box. Humidity will create wavy sheets and bubbles and will ultimately blur the printed design.
Wafer Paper will easily become wavy as soon as it gets wet. Pin the paper to the surface using a book.
