Where do you source your stock from? 

All our stock is sourced from UK unless otherwise stated in the listing.

 

Is all your stuff Brand New? 

We do not sell 2nd hand stuff as its against our company values and all our stock is 100%

guaranteed to be Brand New.  We may occasionally list

Official Manufactured Refurbished Official Products on our website where it would be clearly mentioned.

How can you offer much cheaper prices in Pakistan compared to other companies?

At Kitchen Mate, we believe in offering great value for our customers.  We do not charge huge margins on our products and price them honestly so our customers don't feel ripped off.

We do this by sourcing our stock directly from big suppliers and since we are mainly an online business we don't have huge overheads.

How do we know your goods are genuine? 

We understand our customers' concerns regarding so many counterfeit goods and copies available of known brands in the market.  We would like to assure our customers that all our goods are 100% genuine UK models.  This can be verified by contacting the manufacturer directly via email/web/phone and providing them with the serial no. mentioned on the appliance.

We also provide full satisfaction guarantee on all our orders and customers can choose Cash on Delivery and only pay if they are fully satisfied with the product they have received from us.

SHIPPING 

Can I collect my order? 

You can collect your order from one of our collection points in all major cities. (Please call for further info.)

 

How much do I pay for delivery? 

We offer free delivery to all major cities within Pakistan.  If you want overnight delivery, there may be an additional charge.  (Please call for details)

 

How long does delivery take?

We offer 3-5 days free delivery on most products.  

Urgent delivery can be requested at an additional charge. .

7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your exchange policy? 

If you change your mind you can exchange your purchase for another product of same or higher value as long as its unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.  

 

Do you refund?

We can only offer refund on online orders cancelled within 24hrs of payment and where goods have not been despatched. Also, If your goods are faulty within 7 days of purchase we can offer a replacement or full refund.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept cash on collection, cash on delivery, all major credit/debit cards and paypal payments.

(Please note credit/debit card payments may be converted into US dollar rate before completing checkout online due to payment gateway restrictions)

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

At Kitchen Mate, we only sell Brand New Products sourced from our suppliers in UK and Europe.  However, we understand that electrical products can develop a fault during normal usage.  For your peace of mind we offer 1 year warranty on all our Kitchen, Baby and Hair Care products.  If your product becomes faulty within first 14 days of purchase we would just exchange your product for a new one.  After the first 14 days, the product will be serviced/fixed under standard warranty terms. 

 

(Please note our warranty does not cover damage caused by voltage fluctuations, damage caused to power supply and motors due to prolong UPS or Generator use.and any liquid damage caused to internal parts due to not complying with Product manufacturer guidelines/instructions)
